A very rare Omega. Shield shape dial case is something one wouldn’t expect from the swiss watch maker, unless aware of the 1969 Seamaster Bullhead. Omega decided to time travel and bring back the magic with Omega Seamaster Bullhead circa 2013.
OMEGA has produced three new versions of the iconic chronograph Omega Seamaster Bullhead 2013 price starting $9000, now available.
Omega Seamaster Bullhead 2013 is powered by co-axial movement 3113. Older Bullhead watch ran on the manually wound calibre 930. Both have a date window at 3 O’clock. Do notice the inner bezel that has a 24 hour scale am and pm depicted by light and dark colour. Steel dial case on leather is a classic combination. Apart from the unusual dial shape, what makes Bullhead timepieces unique are the uncommon placement of chronograph pushers. The crown placed below at 6 O’clock controls the rotating bezel
The screw-in caseback is stamped with the familiar polished Seamaster Seahorse.
Dial case dimensions are 43 x 43 mm. The chronograph is water resistant to 15 bar (150 metres / 500 feet)
Omega has produced Omega Seamaster Bullhead 2013 in limited 669 timepieces. and priced more than $9000 or CHF 8000, Euro 6546.
